Future Energy Leaders
The National Future Energy Leaders of the Netherlands is a dynamic community of young, talented energy professionals affiliated with the World Energy Council Member Committee of the Netherlands.
Our mission
Our mission is clear: to create a platform that empowers young people to add impact to the energy landscape through intergenerational dialogue. As part of the World Energy Council’s global impact community of exceptional young professionals, we are committed to the World Energy Council’s Humanising Energy vision of a more sustainable, affordable, and reliable energy future.
We work alongside seasoned experts and visionary thinkers to champion new perspectives and foster impactful cooperation in the pursuit of a more sustainable energy future.
What do we do?
Through outreach, events, engagement projects, and thought leadership, we strive to empower young people to make a difference in shaping the energy landscape.
Since July 2023, our program serves as a hub and network for talented individuals to discuss pertinent energy issues within the Netherlands and amplify these discussions globally.
Additionally, Future Energy Leaders of the Netherlands play a crucial role in supporting the activities of the World Energy Council’s the Netherlands Member Committee, offering fresh perspectives and bridging the gap between generations in the energy sector.
I look forward to becoming an active member of Future Energy Leader Netherlands, where I can contribute to the development of the energy sector. As a member of FEL Netherlands, I enthusiastically look forward to bridging the knowledge gap between generations. I also look forward to collaboration, teamwork and fostering innovation within the energy sector by uniting fresh ideas, and ultimately creating a vibrant, young and dynamic community of like-minded individuals.
